Where we ship to
We currently ship to countries within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) only.
Orders from outside this region cannot be fulfilled through the website directly. If you do see this one unique item you need to have, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Processing Time
- Each item is handmade to order.
- Standard processing time: 5–10 business days before dispatch.
- Larger items (e.g. coffee tables) may require up to 3 weeks; this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Shipping Method & Costs
- All orders include free tracked shipping within the EU/EEA.
- Shipping costs are included in the product price.
- Carrier is selected based on destination and product size (e.g. DPD, DHL, or national postal service).
Delivery Times
- Typical delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.
- Remote areas may require longer.
- We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates but will provide tracking details once your order ships.
Packaging
- Items are carefully packaged to protect them during transit.
- We aim to use recyclable and sustainable packaging materials whenever possible.
- Some of our packaging materials might be recycled itself. So don’t be surprised to see shipping boxes reused.
Customs & VAT
- Orders within the EU/EEA: VAT is included in the product price, no additional charges.
- Orders outside the EU/EEA are not currently supported.
Damaged Packages
If a package arrives visibly damaged:
- Please report it to the delivery driver if possible.
- Contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Returns Policy.
Local Pickup
For customers in Belgium, local pickup may be arranged by appointment. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
